3-ingredient Mexican Bean Dip

Yep, you read that right.  3 ingredients.

Super Bowl LI is quickly approaching, and all I can think of are…….snacks!#thefoodbloglife A little disappointed that my team didn’t make it,(so, so close!) but hey?  It’s all about that food, right?  Haha.  I’ve been planning my menu today (yes, I started almost a whole week early! Incredible! 😉) and this dip is a must.  As you can tell, the ingredients are all pantry staples and literally come together in under 10 minutes.

This dip is my go-to and a family favorite when it comes to fast snacks or meatless dinners.  Because, Mexican!!!! And cheese.  And tortilla chips.  And cookies.

(Note to self: we are working on savory today, not sweet.  Savory.)  dipping 3No explanation is really necessary here. ⬆️️

Cute BowlsI found these mini bowls at a local warehouse store.  Aren’t they adorable?
